Where are the cool people?
Everywhere!
I'm going to propose the thesis that cool people are everywhere.
This thesis proposes that it is companies that drain a huge part of people's time and libido.
That person running from lunch to the office is cool. They just don't have time to interact right now.
What about the teenager who never leaves Tik Tok?
They also don't have time to interact because a company, called Tik Tok, needs clicks on ads and, for this, needs humans who don't leave their screens much.
This proposition allows us to see a light in the total automation that seems to be coming with everything.
The light would be in the growing absence of companies needing humans, both in their offices and in clicks to sell ads.
With robots and artificial brains taking care of more and more things, there will be no human trying to get the most money from another human: clicks, ads, purchases, attention.
Robots don't need money. So it's not right to say that robots will start trying to get money and attention from humans.
Robots and artificial brains will produce what humans like to have most, without much competition for our attention.
Will the cool people appear?
